CPS Seeking Clinical Pharmacists
CPS is the leading provider of home and residential medication review services in Tasmania. We are seeking part-time (minimum 3 days per week) and/or full-time registered pharmacists who are either accredited to conduct medication reviews or considering becoming accredited to join our experienced team for commencement in mid-late 2015. Guidance and mentoring will be provided as required, with incentives based on performance. Attractive remuneration packages ($75-$110k) will be negotiated with successful applicants.
